Flora Food Group offers an exciting workplace focussed on the future of food. When you’re passionate about what you do and are working hard, it’s easy for the lines between work and life to get blurred. That’s why we’ve introduced ‘Flora Food Group Cares’, offering some flexibility and creating a more sustainable workplace. Some of the key highlights include:
- Working flexibly - hybrid working so Flora Foodies can find the right balance between the workplace and home.
- Parental leave - a global minimum of 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents, including those adopting or becoming a parent through surrogacy.
- Bereavement leave - up to 20 days of leave if an immediate family member passes and up to ten days for non-immediate family.
- Extended leave - unpaid leave of up to 20 days for Flora Foodies who’ve been with us for three years.
- Volunteering leave - Flora Foodies receive two days a year for volunteering during work hours, so you can feel good about doing good.
