Before you get started


To keep your personal data safe, we'll ask you for a few details to confirm it's really you and to help us find your data. This makes sure we only ever share or delete information for the right person.


What happens next

  1. We'll confirm we've got it. As soon as you submit your request, you’ll see a confirmation page so you know it's in our hands.
  2. We'll check it's you. You'll receive an email from us asking you to verify your identity. Just reply to it, and that gives us the go-ahead to action your request.
  3. We'll take a look. Our privacy team reviews every request personally, and we may reach out if we need to check a detail or two.
  4. We'll get back to you. If you asked to see your personal data, we'll send it over along with the details privacy laws require us to share such as why we hold your data, who we share it with, how long we keep it, where it came from, and a reminder of your other privacy rights. This helps you understand exactly how your information is being used. If you asked us to delete your data, we'll confirm what's been removed and explain anything we need to keep.
