Our goal is to enhance 150,000 livelihoods. We are making people’s lives better - the farmers and suppliers we work with, the local communities we work in and the global plant-based food community we are part of. We are proud of our progress in building a diverse and inclusive team, strengthening Flora Foodies’ engagement, logging thousands of hours of volunteering, enabling more plant-based chefs and strengthening farmers’ livelihoods.

    Our Flora Foodies are a team of dedicated and curious food lovers who are committed to a more sustainable future, delivering this through our values for Performance, Care and Passion. We regularly engage with them through work councils, surveys, our daily Flora Foodie news, campaigns and our Young Advisory Board. We want Flora Foodies to ‘Come As They Are’, and to perform at their best, to enjoy the adventure of Flora Food Group Life and to deliver our vision for the future of food.

  • Livelihoods

    We work carefully with thousands of farmers to ensure our key ingredients - soybean oil from the heart of the US, rapeseed, sunflower, olive oil from European farmers and coconut and palm oil from Asia - are responsibly sourced and traceable, whilst ensuring resilient and flexible supply chains.

  • Diversity Square

    Diversity

    We have made great progress in gender diversity at the management level, with the percentage of women now 43%. We are focused on identifying actions to drive greater gender diversity across our functions and locations. In our new factory site in Brantford, Canada, we are actively attracting more highly skilled women into the workforce, with gender representation well above the Flora Food Group average.
